Shipping Company in the Northern Suburbs requires a Crew Training Officer who will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs for our crew members, and evaluating their effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should have the following credentials:

• Graduate of Shipping course with sea experience minimum 4 years as Deck officer.
• Able to coordinate, develop, manage on-boarding and deliver training programs for new joiners and existing crew members.
• Able to create teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and ensure crew's growth aligns with company goals.
• Previous experience in same position for 4 years.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer Literacy.
• Able to travel and sail for short periods to perform onboard training at sea.
