Tanker Operator minimum requirements:  

Professional requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of commercial pre / post fixture operations experience in tanker shipping company with knowledge of:

• Q88, technical/vetting clearances, questionnaires, KYC clearance, certificates, stowage plans,
• Fixture recaps, voyage orders & planning, tanks cleaning preparations, bunkering planning
• Freight, Demurrage, hire, off-hire, rebillable items calculations experience
• P&I, cargo claims handling experience 
• Good knowledge of shipping communication flow
• University degree in Maritime Studies, Ship Management or similar field
• Excellent command of English (written, speaking)
