Tanker Shipmanagement Company is looking for a responsible, competent professional with leadership, good communication and organizational skills to fill in Marine Manager - DPA/CSO position.

Successful candidate should have:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Adequate sea going experience as Master onboard tankers
• Fluency in English Language, Computer Literacy
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, SIRE 2, TMSA, FLAG, PSC codes & regulations
• Experience with PSC/Flag/Sire 2 and other 3^rd party Inspections
• Familiarity with ERP Systems

Main responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining and improving Company’s Documented Procedures,
• Perform Internal ISM / ISPS audits ashore and onboard
• Perform Navigational, Cargo & Mooring Audits onboard
• Follow Up & Analyzing of Near Misses, Shipboard Drills, Hazardous Occurrences
• Conduct Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations 
• Develop-Maintain and follow up of Fleet Deck Planned Maintenance System
• Onboard Attendances, Sire – Port State Control -Flag Inspections Preparation & Follow Up.
