After Sales Spare Part Administrator (Acharnai)

Job Description

• Continuous monitoring (follow up) of orders through SAP and inform all involved parties
• Daily preparation and sending quotation to customers
• Participation in spare parts warehouse & engineering inventory twice a year
• Monitoring and adjustment of the appropriate warehouse & engineering inventory
• Attending the internal meetings & trainings of After Sales
• Support Service Engineers in special spare parts requests
• Daily communication with local vendors
• Create purchase order numbers for local spare parts

Candidate’s Profile

• Higher education Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of the products and understanding of the business
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)
• SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset
• Time management and ability to set priorities and work under pressure
• Delivers task on time with minimal need for follow up
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and colleagues
• Thorough and giving attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
