Unitized Ocean Transport Limited, a ship management company wholly-owned by Performance Shipping Inc., is looking to recruit a Crew Training Coordinator.
The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- At least 1 year experience in similar position with experience in instruction or training
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced PC literacy (including ERP Software)
- Organized with strong communication and negotiation skills, and attention to detail;
- Able to work well with others in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess training needs to organize, develop, and source training
- Coordinate all matters related to training planning and record-keeping
- Develop training aids within ERP software
- Data entry of crew documents/certificates/contracts and monitoring validity of same
- Assist with recruitment functions and basic administrative duties
- Internal procedures as per the Company’s management system requirements.
