Operating Expenditure Team – Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description: 

• Check and process invoices and expense claims.
• Verify the Disbursement Accounts against port tariffs and contracts with vendors.
• Address inquiries and provide assistance to agents.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, agents, and internal departments.
• Process and review Statement of Accounts, perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, arrange payments.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of shipping operations.
• Aptitude in working with figures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
