Role Description

We are currently seeking for an ambitious professional to join our Human Resources team as a Recruiter. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process for various roles, while building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Athens.

Role Objectives

• Analyze hiring needs and develop job descriptions and person specification documents
• Source candidates utilizing various channels to attract qualified talents
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates
• Conduct screenings and interviews to analyze applicants’ skills and identify suitable candidates
• Send job offers to selected candidates and facilitate the offer acceptance process
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, aiding and support during the transition period.
• Establish effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and keep abreast of industry trends to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Proactively seek feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate digital records
• Track recruitment metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of working experience as Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Advanced use of MS Office
