Hellas Confidence Shipmanagement S.A., a well-established ship management company with North European principals that manages a modern fleet of bulk carriers, seeks to employ a PMS Administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) of the fleet. This is a full-time on-site role at Company’s premises in Alimos, Greece and the relevant tasks include but are not limited to the following.
- The configuration of the PMS software and the creation/correction of vessels’ databases as needed.
- Monitoring and updating the maintenance schedule.
- Monitoring the accuracy and the quality of vessels' reports as per Company’s standards and reporting to the Technical Department.
- Coordinating with Supply Department for the update of vessels’ inventories.
- Identifying office staff training needs related to the PMS and providing necessary training.
- Attending Company’s fleet for crew training and updating/checking shipboard inventories.
The right candidate must have a proven experience in a similar role in the maritime industry, hold at least a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and/or marine engineering license of Class A, B or C, be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems and related software, and be strongly affiliated with digitalization.
