HQSE Assistant
Aegean Shipping Management S.A. is looking for an HQSE Assistant.
The ideal candidate should preferably have 2 years of work experience in similar position and cover the following requirements:
Qualifications
- University degree in maritime studies or other related field
- Knowledge of ISM/ ISPS/ MLC and ISO standards
- Computer literacy; knowledge of Danaos Software will be considered as an asset
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Company’s platform (Danaos HQSE Module) up to date
- Maintain departmental filing up to date
- Collect KPIs reporting related to fleet performance
- Day to day communication with vessels on matters pertaining to HQSE department
