EPE is seeking to hire a motivated Marine Spare Parts Operator with the following main responsibilities and job requirements:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Piraeus. As a Marine Spare Parts Operator at EPE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. You will be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, and to communicate effectively with other departments within the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of orders efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, and customer inquiries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Martime Studies or a related field is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position in the maritime industry
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
